The Tech Coach Request log is now open for requests for beginning in August. If you are filling out the request log please look at dates approximately 2 or 3 weeks from the date of the request. Also if you can give us more then one date option for training. Thanks and we look forward to coming to see you. |

There is a brand new help guide we've created and posted to the site to help you use a Flip camera and save the video to your computer. For information on editing the video you have recorded with the flip camera, use the Microsoft Movie Maker Guide under the "Multi Media" Category. Look in the Technology Resources Vault for these and other resources.

The October 1st issue of our District Instructional Technology Newsletter is available. An email version was sent out to all the MNPS family, and a copy is now archived on this site. This issue features an article written by L. Addison Diehl. Addison Diehl is the Literacy Coach at Stratford High School where he is the originator of a wikispace that is designed to give the Stratford School family the tools they need to improve instruction and monitor their success.

It will only take a few moments to fill out the form and submit your article for review. Here are some article ideas to get your creative writing started: Ways You are Using Technology in Your Classroom, The Difference Technology Has Made for Your Students, 21st Century Technology Academy Memories, Internet Safety, Inventory, etc. The first publication will be constructed next week (August 23-29) and will be sent out to the district on September 1. Please review the list and join us for training at the Martin Professional Development Center. Registration for the sessions will not be open until August 17th.
